Franky J. Lopez is a Realtor with Sage Real Estate, born and raised in Long Beach. He's a 3rd-generation Long Beach native, has lived in nearly every part of the city, and attended the same Christian school from 3rd grade through graduation.
He got into real estate watching his father, who never graduated high school, build a five-property portfolio and use it to launch his own company. That example shaped how Franky works with clients today: as their Realtor first, guiding every transaction with the same care he'd want for his own family — and as a Long Beach property investor himself, so he understands ownership from both sides of the table.
Franky is newly married and expecting his first child in January — building his own family's foundation the same way he helps clients build theirs.
